After a blood test to figure out some health problems, my doctor told me I was pre-diabetic. Freaked. Me. Out. I read everything I could to drop my numbers, cut back DRASTICALLY on sugar, took mushroom pills and tried to eat better. When I went back for a finger prick to see if my numbers were up, there was no issue.
I read this book for help. I wasn't invested enough to go 100% on this diet, but it helped me understand a little bit more about blood sugar. I also don't think it worked for me.
